So I spent 2 weeks in DC seeing friends and catching up. I saw some of the city via Trolley, drank at my fav Arlington watering holes via foot, and ate at great DC restaurants via Metro.
While I was only here for 2 weeks, it seemed like longer, but still much too short. I got to see almost everyone I wanted to, did almost everything I wanted (even saw my Redskins), and ate at MOST of my favorite places.
My friends threw me a surprise party one Saturday, equipped with a Moonbounce, spread of my favorite party food, sno cone maker, water guns, hula hoops, and so on. It was a pretty amazing surprise, and party!
I hope my crew got their fill of me, because tomorrow I'm off to my parents house for the remaining time that I am stateside. Then it's another adventure...
Adventure On,
Apes :)
