Need some winter relief?

Here's some visual niceties for those of you tired of the freezing weather, sick of sitting around your cubicle, or those of you just dreaming of the beach.....

Story Background:
On a random Saturday, Julie and I headed to Khanom for the day. It's a beach town about an hour away. So we got up early, hopped on her bike and we were OFF! We got to Khanom and the sun was bright in the sky, the sand was soft, and the water was the perfect temperature!

**Khanom is known for its pink dolphins - YES, REAL DOLPHINS THAT SWIM AROUND IN THE OCEAN THAT ARE COMPLETELY PINK!!!

We stopped at CC Bar (which is FABULOUS!) and had lunch, then walked down to the sand and set up our towels. We spent the rest of the early afternoon playing in the water, napping on the beach, and just relaxing. It was simply MAHH-VAAA-LOOOUUSSS.


Then we decided to grab a watermelon shake (my FAV!) and do some hammock laying in shade.  I ended up dozing off, waking up in time to hop on Julie's bike and head back to town.
